Pulsewise provides an employee engagement platform that integrates with various collaboration tools, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, and others. Our Service is intended to streamline communication and foster a productive work environment.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these Terms, which will be updated and displayed on our website with a “Last Updated” date.
4. Payment and Subscription
Current Service Offering: At present, Pulsewise is offered without a subscription plan.
Future Subscription Plans: We plan to introduce three subscription plans, which will automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis.
Payment Processing: Payments for any subscription plan will be processed through our payment partner, Razorpay.
Security Note: We will not store any sensitive card information on our servers.
5. Account Termination and Modifications
Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer service.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your account if necessary, in accordance with our policies.

All intellectual property rights, including the Pulsewise logo and tagline, are owned exclusively by Pulsewise. No part of our logo, tagline, or other proprietary materials may be used, reproduced, or distributed by any party without our prior written consent.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulsewise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
