Your First 90 Days

  • Audit everything - website, socials, messaging. Tear it apart. Rebuild it better.
  • Launch your first experiments. Break things. Learn fast.
  • Set up the growth stack from scratch (analytics, email, CRM).

Days 31-60: The Build Phase

  • Create our content engine - blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, the whole ecosystem.
  • Launch paid experiments with tiny budgets and big hypotheses.
  • Build our SEO foundation (we are in it for the long game).
  • Start building a community around People Experience conversations.

Days 61-90: The Scale Sprint

  • Double down on what is working. Kill what is not. No ego, just data.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for our top-performing channels.
  • Start thinking about partnerships, co-marketing, and creative stunts.
  • Present your growth roadmap to the founder. Argue for your vision.

What We're Looking For

Must Haves

  • 1-3 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a scrappy startup role
  • Actually understand funnels - not just as a buzzword, but as a way of thinking
  • Can write copy that makes people stop scrolling (LinkedIn, emails, landing pages)
  • Fluent in at least some of: Google Analytics, SEO tools, email platforms, ad managers
  • Have run experiments before and can talk about what you learned
  • A self-starter who doesn't need a manager hovering
  • Humble enough to ask for help and bold enough to take big swings
  • Genuinely excited about HR tech, People Experience, or making workplaces better

Bonus Points

  • You've built something from zero - a blog, a side project, a community
  • You've worked in B2B SaaS or HR tech and know the landscape
  • You can make a meme that is actually funny (this is a real skill)
  • You have opinions about growth and aren't afraid to defend them
  • You've read at least one book about marketing in the last year
