Explore plans & accessHow does an employee request time off?
Employees choose a leave type and dates, preview the request, and submit it. Their leave page brings balances, requests, and history together so they can follow the decision and review earlier time off.
Can managers see when their team is away?
Yes. Team leave views and a timeline help authorized managers see upcoming time off and review requests with the team in view. The view supports planning and discussion; it does not automatically assign cover or reschedule work.
Can we configure our own leave policies?
Pulsewise supports leave types, policies, allocations, periods, and other leave setup options. The right configuration depends on your organization. Bring your policy to a demo so we can review how your rules map to the supported setup.
What happens when plans change?
Leave includes cancellation workflows and request history. Authorized users can manage balance adjustments where needed. The available actions depend on the request state, policy, and permissions.
Does approved leave appear in attendance?
Approved leave can update attendance for the counted dates. Existing attendance data can create conflicts that require review. Payroll can use leave or attendance data according to the configured mode; leave approval does not itself run payroll or send a payment.
Which plan includes leave management?
Leave management is included across the current standard plans. Workspace permissions and setup still determine the actions available to each person. Confirm the current plan and any launch-offer inclusions with the Pulsewise team.
